The Blackboard Address Book is a storage area where you can keep private contact information for names, e-mail addresses and postal addresses.

Adding a Contact to the Address Book

1. In the Course page, click the Tools button.
2. Click the Address Book link.
3. Click the Add Contact button.
4. Enter the contact information in the appropriate fields.
5. Click the Submit button and then click the OK button.

Searching for a Contact

1. In the Course page, click the Tools button.
2. Click the Address Book link.
3. Enter the last name of the contact you want to search for in the Search box.
4. Click the Search button.
5. Click the OK button when you are finished.

Editing Contact Information

1. In the Course page, click the Tools button.
2. Click the Address Book link.
3. Click the A-Z, 0-9 tab.
4. Select the number or letter that the last name of the contact you want to edit begins with.
5. Click the Modify button next to the contact you want to edit.
6. Make changes to the contact information.
7. Click the Submit button and then click the OK button.
