Downloading Grades

You can download your gradebook to your computer. You can open the gradebook file in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program.

1. Logon to your course.
2. Click on the Control Panel link.
3. In the Assessment section, click Gradebook.
4. Click the Download Grades button.
5. Click the Download button.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Select the location where you want to save the file.
8. Click the Save button.
9. Click the OK button.

Note: By default, the file is saved as gb_export.csv.
