After you have created your Blackboard account, find your course in the Blackboard catalog. Then you MUST click on the ENROLL button to the right of the course name to get started in your Blackboard class! This is NOT an option!

Take the following steps to ENROLL in your course through Blackboard:

1. Get on the Internet.
2. Go to http://clackamas.blackboard.com
3. Click on the LOGON button.
4. Enter your logon and password.
5. Click the LOGON button again.
6. In the My Institution page view, click on the Courses tab.
7. In the Course List section, click on the name of the correct subject area.
8. Scroll down until you find your course. Don't click on the course link! Instead, click on the ENROLL button to the right of the class name. You MUST click on the ENROLL button to the right of the course name to get started in your Blackboard class! This is NOT an option!

When you click on the ENROLL button, an e-mail is automatically sent to the course instructor. When the instructor gets the e-mail, he/she will process your enrollment for the class. Once this has been done, you will get a confirming e-mail back from the instructor. You can then logon and start your class.
