Why do I get a "RECEIPT: FAILURE" message when I try to enroll in a Blackboard Class?

When you click on the ENROLL button, you might get a RECEIPT: FAILURE message. Just ignore this and click "OK". Your request for enrollment will then be forwarded to the instructor. After the instructor has processed your enrollment, you will receive an email letting you know that you can get started in class.
