Course Description: This is a hosted Online
Distance Learning Course, taught by Chemeketa Community College.
Students are not required to come to campus to participate in this course.
Covers Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment and discrimination,
civil rights, court procedures, contract law, negligence, guest obligations,
alcohol liability, travel agent relationships, and licensing and regulations.
