Course Description: This is an Online Distance Learning Course. Students are not required to come to campus to participate in this course. Explains the bed and breakfast and innkeeping industry. Discuss purchasing, owning, and operating a successful inn. Explores sanitation, marketing, and governmental regulations. Hosted from Chemeketa Community College.
